‘Victorian Villa’ Planning Application Submitted.

Planning applications submitted for rear, two-storey side and roof extensions in Ealing.

We're excited to announce our latest London residential project - a full renovation and extensions of a classic Victorian Villa. The submitted planning applications outline our vision to breathe new life into this period property while respecting its historical character. The heart of our proposal is an ambitious 100sqm rear wrap-around extension at ground level. This transformation will create a stunning open-plan living space, seamlessly integrating the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Large glazed sections will frame picturesque views of the garden, bringing the outside in and flooding the space with natural light.

Our design extends vertically with a two-storey side addition, thoughtfully conceived to enhance family living. The ground floor will feature a versatile playroom with much-needed storage space, while the first floor will house a new ensuite bathrooms serving the existing bedrooms. Above, the current unused rood terrace will give way to an extend bedroom complete with a luxurious ensuite bathroom and dressing room.

All the proposals are carefully designed to comply with local planning regulations, including incorporating sustainable measures. We've incorporated several eco-conscious features including a green roof system, solar PV panels, and a Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR) system.

As we progress through the developed design stages, we're targeting a mid-summer construction start. This project exemplifies our commitment to thoughtful urban renovation - proving that with careful consideration, we can create spaces that honour architectural heritage while embracing contemporary living needs. The transformation of this Victorian Villa represents more than just an extension; it's a testament to how historical homes can be reimagined for modern family life without compromising their character or environmental responsibility.
