South London’s newest high intensity and strength studio, UN1T Nine Elms, opened early 2023. Designed by Manuel Urbina Studio. Works included the internal configuration to include training floor, changing areas and reception of the ground floor of a new build mixed development. The design could then be installed in line with expected UN1T Head Office requirements for the space, branding and finishes for the business.

The training space has double height ceilings complimented with full height windows flooding the space with light, and exposed ducts bringing the industrial grit of the UN1T trainings into the space. The reception space invites members into a double height open plan space, lit from above with a large bespoke black hexagon metal pendant. The desk and materials have been designed to flow with the aesthetic that represent the UN1T brand.

In addition to we also carried out full planning permission to discharge existing conditions in conjunction with the new unit and advertisement consent to the council providing a full drawing package.
