A project undertaken at Granit Architecture + Interiors, Manuel Urbina led the design and project management of this home refurbishment and extension.

The scheme provides a new rear single storey side infill extension to a Victorian terraced property in the Brompton Conservation Area within the London Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

The structural opening forms the open-plan kitchen/living area. The extension is generously glazed with rooflights and bi-fold doors and is cladded in a aluminium.
